In the first week of March, over 2 evenings and a weekend afternoon, the Dragon Theatre will show a wide variety of breath-taking outdoor adventure films from all over the world. These independent short films of varying lengths have been curated by the London Mountain Film Festival. Each event will have a general theme sprinkled through with other interesting topics; Friday 1 March - skiing Friday 8 March - climbing Saturday 9 March - mountain biking and other outdoor sports. All feature stories of courage, determination and awe-inspiring journeys in some of the world's most extreme environments. We are raising funds for the Barmouth Community Centre's new kitchen. Our kitchen facilities will help us to provide Barmouth residents with a better service at our twice-weekly community lunches, as well as allowing us to offer a wider variety of activities.
