Before you can get your film reel, you will need to set the film order and generate the reel request. You do this by following the steps below or watching the run-through.

From your screening, click on the 'Set Order & Request Reel' button as shown below

NOTE: The download film reel will only be enabled once the download is available and you have made sure you have set the film order. The steps to do this are shown below.

Step 1: Set the order (if you have done this, see step 2)

Once you have added films to your screening, click on the Reorder button, and the box below will appear.

Now, click the Update button to ensure you have set the order in which you want the films to be screened; this box will now close.

Step 2: Request the Reel

From your dashboard, click on the reorder button again,n and now, in the box that appears, click on the Send request for reel button:

You can do this twice, as we recognise that you may need to change a running order for any reason.

Your chosen films will now be combined into one film. Once the process is complete,e the download button will not be greyed out and will become active as below:

Simply click on this button to download the entire reel. We will also send you a notification, so you don't have to keep checking back.
